As our partner prepared to open their new facility, they faced immense pressure to hire hundreds of clinicians and staff within a short 6-7 month window. 

Hard-to-fill roles added further complexity. In such a condensed timeline, the team needed innovative approaches to source candidates and deliver results quickly.

Our Solution

Hueman partnered with our client to launch a comprehensive recruitment effort tailored to the unique challenge of opening a new facility. 

This included:

• Leveraging AI-powered sourcing technology to reach out to candidates on our partner's behalf. 
• Driving candidate engagement outside traditional hours, with 13% of applicants entering the pipeline after-hours, particularly valuable for high-volume roles.
• Focusing efforts on hard-to-fill specialities such as operating room nurses, where Hueman's sourcing and recruiting teams worked to shorten time-to-fill dramatically.

By integrating seamlessly with the partner's processes, we helped their TA team adapt quickly to new tools and strategies, ensuring hiring momentum despite the compressed timeline.

Our Results

By the end of August, Hueman successfully filled 325 open roles. For high-priority specialities, we achieved 12 operating room hires in just 84 days, saving the organization 440 days in time-to-fill.
