Partner Overview

Our esteemed partner, an international leader in consumer packaged goods (CPG) and meat processing, needed a high-volume recruitment solution for their newly established facility with both production workers and salaried staff who embodied their unique company culture.

With the impending launch of their state-of-the-art facility, our partner needed a rapid and effective recruitment strategy to fulfill their staffing requirements. The urgency was twofold: sourcing high volumes of candidates quickly and ensuring they aligned with the company's values and culture.

Our Solution

To reach a most captive audience, our dedicated recruiters turned to social media, creating a city-specific Facebook group. The group focused on job sourcing and recruiting candidates located in the new facility’s vicinity. We encouraged local businesses and community leaders to join the group, using it as a tool to market our partner’s hiring event. Job inquiries were met with prompt responses, directing candidates to apply via our partner's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

As the Facebook group gained momentum, we maximized its potential as the primary platform for job advertising. Our strategic marketing efforts culminated in a highly successful hiring event, drawing a significant turnout of qualified candidates.

Our Results

At the two-day in-person hiring event, our recruiters facilitated a streamlined interview process, ensuring seamless candidate experiences and efficient submission of applications to the ATS. Over the course of the event, 113 candidates were interviewed, resulting in the hiring of 103 new employees. Building on this triumph, we orchestrated a subsequent pop-up event where an additional 82 candidates were successfully onboarded.

Exceeding Expectations

Tasked with hiring 230 employees over nine months, our team surpassed expectations by recruiting an impressive total of 338 employees within just six months. This remarkable achievement not only exceeded the original hiring goal but also underscored our ability to deliver exceptional results within accelerated timeframes.
