On average, we achieved 102% of client hiring goals. We exceeded targets by 2 percent and helped our partners avoid costly gaps within their teams.
Total Amount of Hires:
We celebrated 85,000 hires made through Hueman RPO. Each connection supports our clients' growth, mission, and culture.
Submit-to-Hire Efficiency:
Achieved a 2.5 submit-to-hire ratio, which is a 10.7% improvement from 2024.
Our submission-to-interview ratio improved by 18.8% (from 1.6 to 1.3), indicating that our recruiters reliably provided the right candidates more quickly.
Reduced Time to Fill:
Our average time to fill was 24.8 days, a 6-day improvement over last year. This helped clients secure top talent before their competition.
Interview-to-Offer and Offer Acceptance:
Only 1.9 interviews were needed per offer, demonstrating precise candidate alignment and strong interview preparation. Our 90% offer acceptance rate was a 2% increase from 2024, thanks to our focus on matching candidates and clients not just on skills but on values and goals.
