To enhance the overall candidate experience, we implemented iCIMS, a recruiting software, to fulfill our partner’s need for an applicant tracking system (ATS). Focusing our strategy around digital recruitment marketing, we evaluated our partner’s overall digital presence and messaging and rewrote all job descriptions and postings to be SEO optimized.
We improved position aging by 84%, reducing job openings from 219 days to 36 days. During the first five months of the partnership, we made 130 hires for hard-to-fill openings.
