Our partner required a new approach to recruitment. The buildings and residences were spending too much on staffing agency usage and faced significant turnover challenges. They were looking for an outside partner to help increase their reach for new candidates.
We worked closely with the facility's senior leadership to develop a strategic and innovative recruitment program to reach new candidates and aid in reducing turnover. Our efforts focused on filling positions for CNA, LPN, and therapy roles. Program development included refining the job requisition and marketing processes, which involved establishing a brand marketing and social media program. We managed the recruitment process from start through the offer.
Our recruitment program increased candidate flow by 25% and reduced new hire turnover by more than 19%. Additionally, we were able to significantly reduce our partner's premium agency costs. Finally, we redesigned our partner's career landing pages, designed and implemented a social media strategy, and standardized the recruitment process, driving an overall increase in qualified applicants and an increase in YOY hires.
