Today, ClearlyRated announced that we've received their 2020 Best of RPO Award!
We're always proud of the awards and recognitions we receive, but this one makes me especially proud for two reasons.
First, this is the first year we’ve received this recognition from ClearlyRated. ClearlyRated judges companies from many different industries. It’s great to receive awards from publications within the recruitment industry, but it’s really cool to be recognized for our stellar service from non-recruitment entities as well!
Second, this award relies solely on reviews from our clients. To win this award, you have to achieve at least a 50% Net Promoter Score, which means our clients rated us highly on our customer service and would recommend us to a friend or colleague. That's amazing! This award is a testament to the service our RPO team provides day in and day out.
From our recruiters to our RPO leadership, our entire team works extremely hard to make sure our clients know they can trust us to provide world-class recruitment experiences and results. Our team goes above and beyond for our clients — sometimes working long hours and weekends. Not because they have to, but because they care about the service they provide and the results they achieve. And they don't only serve our clients that great experience — they make sure that each applicant is kept in the loop and treated respectfully throughout the process, whether they're offered the job or not.
Our recruiters ensure that every person they hire fits the mission, values, and culture of the organization they’re hiring for. This leads to increased retention and increased happiness for both the company and the new employee, and this award is a reflection of that focus on hiring for culture.
I am extremely thankful to work with such caring, dedicated individuals that comprise our RPO team. I'm also extremely thankful to our clients — they put their trust in us, and that trust allows us to innovate, elevate and transform entire talent acquisition programs. We couldn't have won this award without their amazing partnership.
