The Challenge
Our partner faced an uphill battle attracting and hiring qualified candidates in a highly competitive market. With larger hospitals nearby offering higher compensation, organic applicant traffic was extremely low. In addition to limited applicant flow, the partner needed help refining their recruitment processes and strengthening employer branding to appeal to prospective nurses, diagnostic imaging staff and clinicians.
