Our long-time healthcare partner was using recruitment agencies for their executive-level recruitment. These agencies were charging a premium fee for their services and ultimately weren’t delivering the right candidates to meet our partner’s needs.
Hueman had been providing recruitment support to our partner for all of their positions, including leadership roles, with the exception of c-suite/executive level roles. During our regular discussions around continued optimization, we recommended implementing a dedicated recruiter to support their c-suite/executive-level recruitment to decrease current agency fees.
As their long-time RPO partner, our dedicated team has a keen understanding of the organization and the individuals who will be working closely with the new executive. This enabled us to deliver more quality candidates that aligned with their team and their expectations, something an outside executive search agency wouldn't typically know for one-off executive searches.
For every executive search, our dedicated recruiter conducted a thorough kick-off with the leadership team and others who were involved in the hiring process. This included building out an extensive job brochure and conducting extensive research on potential candidates and other organizations in the market where we wanted to recruit prospective candidates.
Our recruiter's extensive knowledge of the organization enabled us to better screen and prep candidates so they understood the nuances of the role and the organization as a whole. As a result, our partner successfully hired the highest number of executive placements compared to using agency recruitment firms.
