Challenged with staying abreast of best practices in recruitment to drive more applications and quality hires, our client was looking for a partner that could bring sourcing and recruitment marketing expertise and provide technological innovation to support their talent acquisition strategy.
We worked collaboratively with our partner's talent acquisition team during implementation to set the stage for driving a partnership built on trust and collaboration. That has fostered the environment to truly drive success for our partner in just the first 90 days. We established and implemented formal candidate flows and hiring manager intake processes in addition to implementing an official ATS to enhance the overall candidate experience.
Focusing our strategy around digital recruitment marketing, we evaluated our partner’s overall digital presence and established clear marketing initiatives focusing on major job posting platforms, social media content development, and created a multi-touch sourcing strategy to engage with passive job seekers.
In the first 90 days of our partnership, we were able to beat our hiring goal for RNs and RTs, allowing our client to terminate two traveler contracts, resulting in a savings of over $150K. The average submit-to-hire ratio for our partner was 3:1; however, with our new best-in-class processes and detailed weekly reporting, that ratio is now 2:1.
