The Challenge
Our partner required additional recruiting support for their hard-to-fill roles, while their internal team focused on hiring for many high-volume positions. One of the more difficult roles to hire for our partner was that of CRNAs, and they were forced to use costly agencies and CRNA travelers to meet their system's needs. Our partner had not successfully hired a CRNA in over two years due to the difficulty of sourcing in their location.
Our Solution
After working with our partner for about 8 months, they asked our team to take on hiring for their CRNA roles.
We applied tactics from our Travel Nurse Reduction Program and assigned a dedicated recruiter to focus on CRNA requisitions. Our approach included:

In the first 4.5 months of exclusively managing the CRNA requisitions, our recruiter successfully made 7 CRNA hires (6 external and 1 internal).
