Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is a form of business process outsourcing where an employer transfers all or part of its recruitment processes to a third-party service provider.

In the world of recruiting, there are three leading solutions: direct hire/contingent recruitment, staffing, and RPO.

  • Direct hire/contingent recruitment is ideal for a small number of specialized roles or positions beyond the capabilities of an internal team.
