RPOA is celebrating women's history month by recognizing influential women in Talent Acquisition. Six Hueman women have been honored with RPOA’s awards.

In honor of Women’s History Month, the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA) is celebrating women across the industry by recognizing Influential Women and Rising Women in Talent Acquisition.  

Hueman is thrilled to announce that six of our outstanding professionals have been recognized by the RPOA! 

 Influential Women in Talent Acquisition:

Brie SchumacherBrie Schumacher serves as the Senior Vice President of RPO and Great Customer Experiences at Hueman and is recognized for her pivotal role in launching the company's World-Class Customer Service Program. Under her leadership, client satisfaction has soared, evidenced by an impressive NPS Score of 9.3/10 for Hueman.

Her genuine passion for mentoring and cultivating partnerships underscores her relentless pursuit of customer satisfaction, making her a driving force behind Hueman's reputation for reliability and efficiency. 

 

Dina DeMarco

As President of Hueman's Private Equity Talent Solutions Division, Dina DeMarco is a trailblazer in the field of talent acquisition. She pioneered an entrepreneurial direct-hire service line that has since grown by 400% in the last three years, addressing unique talent challenges within the Private Equity industry.

Dina's unwavering passion for finding solutions, coupled with her commitment to mentoring and staying at the forefront of industry trends, makes her an invaluable asset to the world of talent acquisition. 

 

Keri Keathley

Keri Keathley, Director of Strategic Partnerships at Hueman, plays a crucial role in driving new business and positioning the company as a leader in talent acquisition.
