Businesses are no longer looking for employees based on skill, know-how and tenure alone. Now, they’re focused on finding employees who:
- Are creative
- Are passionate
- Have a strong character
- Have the ability to collaborate
In other words, companies are now looking at how to hire hearts instead of just heads.
However, the space we’re in—the recruitment industry—has been slow to evolve to this model, as KPIs and contracts are instead based on number of hires and hiring efficiency.
But us? We’ve always honed in on the hearts—the humans.
That’s why when we founded our new company, we knew our name couldn’t be anything but Hueman. It doesn’t just represent what we care most about, people, but it also embodies the different spectrums of cultures companies have—their different hues. We’ve always prided ourselves on being a culture-based organization, hiring team members both for ourselves and our clients that align with the culture at hand.
In fact, myself and the rest of Hueman’s leadership team built an award-winning culture during our tenure at PPR Talent Management Group, recognized by the Great Place to Work Institute as a small/medium great place to work in the U.S. (And the only company in the country to receive the recognition for 13 years in a row!)
And this fall, that same leadership team opted to take that same culture on a new journey, separating from PPR to build a new business that zeroes in on recruitment process outsourcing, specifically. Our approach is to understand our clients’ unique “hue” and find your perfect match—to find which hearts will beat best with your organization because we know how important it is.
As the founder of PPR, and now the founder of Hueman, I am excited to have the same leadership team now focused on our RPO services at Hueman.
We stand for people. We stand for you. We are Hueman.
